Join us for Mom and Baby Yoga on September 10th, October 1st, November 5th, and December 3rd! (must be at least 1 month postpartum and cleared for physical activity to join).
What is postpartum yoga? Yoga means “to yoke” or “union”. It is a lifestyle and practice that builds our awareness of mental, physical, and spiritual connection for overall health.
Postpartum yoga centers this practice mindfully for postpartum bodies with special attention to strengthening the abdominal muscles, pelvic floor, and connecting with your body postpartum. Mom and Baby yoga offers all of this in a baby-friendly environment to practice self-care and connect with your baby.
Join Pearl from 10am-11:15am for Mom & Baby Yoga at Mewinzha, Suite 13.
Bring a yoga mat, small pillow, baby blanket, baby’s bag, a rattle, and water.
