Container Vegetable Gardening Class with Dan Sherman

The Bemidji Public Library, in partnership with the Beltrami County Master Gardeners, will be offering a class on container vegetable gardening on Saturday, April 19, 2025 at 10 AM with Dan Sherman. Dan has been gardening since he was 12 years old and would like to share his experience with gardening in this area. There are many ways to garden and he will tell you what works for him. Topics will include selecting seed, soil and containers, dates to start, lighting and heating, disease prevention, and preparing for transplanting.
